Activities of the Sangam - 

 

With the benign blessings of "Swamy Sri Samartha Ramadas" and "Sri Rangaji", we have initiated this sangham beginning the "Dasnavami Utsvam" of 2024.  

 

Fortnightly Satsangams

 

One of the initiatives has been the conducting of fortnightly satsangams in different households, led by Sri Sundararaman bhagavatar, with the prime  motive of reaching out the teachings of Samartha to one and all.  We are sure that more and more bhaktas will want to host as well as participate in these satsangams as we proceed ahead.

 

The successful progress of this satsangam thus far bears the unmistakable stamp of Samartha's sankalpam without which this could not have come into being.  

 

Notwithstanding his sankalpam, we would not be where we are without the patronage shown by one and all who are in this group.  

 

Sri Manache Shlok Training for Elders and Children

 

The second initiative that we undertook is to train our little children in the chanting of Samartha's grand yet lucid grantham 'Sri Manache Shlok'.  It is a matter of great pride and pleasure that many  children and elders  are already learning these slokas on a weekly basis. 

 

These children will regale Samartha's heart by chanting & leading the procession during the next 'Dasanavami Utsavam'.  While we began by training our kids, these slokas are for all of us and we shall soon initiate a separate session for elders too.

 

The meanings of the slokas are very deep and will dawn a realisation in all our hearts.

Read And Write Marathi

Children are being trained to read and write Marathi which will enable them to read our scriptures in Marathi, Hindi as well as Sanskrit.
